How to Use OPI Powder Perfection

Step 1: Apply one coat of Powder Perfection Base Coat to the entire nail.

Step 2: Immediately dip the nail into the Color Powder at a 45° angle. Tap off excess.

Step 3: Dust off remaining powder with a sanitized brush.

Step 4: Repeat steps 1–3 for a second layer of color.

Step 5: Apply a third coat of Base Coat, then dip into Clear Color Set Powder at 45°. Dust off powder.

Step 6: Apply a generous coat of Powder Perfection Activator, covering the entire nail and sealing the free edge. Allow it to harden.

Step 7: Shape and refine using a 180 Grit File, then buff with 100 and 220 Grit Buffers to smooth the surface. Remove dust.

Step 8: Apply a second coat of Activator and allow it to fully dry.
